2. Services and Bundled Ecosystem

We provide software‑as‑a‑service (SaaS) solutions such as CRM, HRMS, POS, and Accounting, along with additional business ecosystem services like marketplace listings, business verification badges, advertising placements, websites, mobile apps, and digital marketing, as described on our websites and sales materials. Some services may be offered as free add‑ons or bonuses when you purchase a primary plan; these free services may change, be limited, or be withdrawn at any time at our sole discretion.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate registration details, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activities under your account. You confirm you are authorized to act on behalf of the business or individual you register. We may suspend or terminate access if we detect misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

4. Use of Software and Platforms

You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable right to access and use our software and portals for your internal business purposes only. You must not:

• Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense our software.

• Use the services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.

• Upload content that violates law, third‑party rights, or our content guidelines.

5. Third‑Party Platforms and Listings

Some services include listing or promotion of your business on third‑party or partner platforms (e.g., marketplaces, OTT, news portals, job portals, social platforms). We do not control third‑party websites or their policies and are not responsible for any changes, downtime, removals, or actions by those platforms. Inclusion, approval, or verification on any external platform is not guaranteed and may depend on their own rules and review processes.

6. Payments, Plans, and Changes

Paid services are billed according to the plan, price, and billing cycle shown at the time of purchase or in your order/plan details. You agree to pay all fees by the due date. We may modify prices, features, or plans in the future; any changes will generally apply from the next billing cycle or as notified. Free or promotional services may be time‑limited and can be modified or discontinued without compensation.

7. Data, Privacy, and Cookies

We collect and process business and personal data to deliver our services, improve our platforms, and support analytics and marketing. Our use of cookies and data is governed by our separate Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which you should review carefully. By using our services, you consent to such processing as described in those policies.

All software, platforms, designs, branding, content, and technology used in providing the services are owned by us or our licensors. You receive usage rights only as expressly described in these Terms and any specific service agreement; no ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content, logos, creatives, and data you upload or provide to us.

We aim to provide stable and professional services but do not guarantee that our platforms will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or suitable for every specific purpose. All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement, or expected business results (such as a specific number of leads, sales, or followers).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the service in the last twelve (12) months, if any.

We may suspend or terminate your access to any service if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, misuse the platform, or engage in fraud or illegal activities. You may stop using the services at any time; however, paid fees are generally non‑refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement or required by law. After termination, your access will stop, and we may retain or delete your data according to our data retention policies.
